What makes acrylic prints special?

To make an acrylic print, the brand-name paper of your choice is laminated under a 1/16 in. (2 mm) to ¼ in. (6 mm) ultra-transparent acrylic plate and sealed on the back with a 0.11 in. (3 mm) aluminum plate to provide extra stability. Because the photo rests behind an acrylic plate, a unique depth is added to the image.

How do I customize and order an acrylic print?

You can create your acrylic print online via the configuration tool Simply upload the photo you wish to enlarge, choose your preferred paper, customize your print with the options available, and confirm your order.

What options are available? 

WhiteWall offers several options for Acrylic Prints, starting with choice of paper (Fuji or Ilford). You can also specify which paper finish best suits your design. For example, choose ultra HD for designs rich in detail or metallic for urban landscapes taken at night. You can also select the thickness of the acrylic glass plate: (1/16 (2 mm), 1/8 (4 mm) or ¼ in. (6 mm). Two glass plate finishes are available, including glossy for a vibrant picture or matte for a more discreet rendering without reflection. What sizes and formats are available?

For acrylic prints, WhiteWall offers both standard and made-to-measure options. The latter of which is printed by the millimeter to best respect the original dimensions of your photo. Depending on your motif, you can choose a square format, 2:3, 3:4, DIN, panorama, etc. The minimum size for acrylic prints is 3.9 x 3.9 in. (10 x 10 cm) and the maximum size is 114.1 x 70.8 in.
