How can I order photo prints online ?

You can order your picture prints via the configurator. Just upload your photos in advance. In the configurator, you can then select the format, type of paper and other options and confirm your order.

What photo print options are available? 

First of all, you can choose from a wide range of papers and special finishes to showcase your photos. Furthermore, many other options are available in the configurator to personalize your prints. For example, the addition of a white border around the photo, a specific finish on the corners or the addition of a frame, You can also spread your design over several prints.

What are the production and delivery times for photo prints or photo enlargements? 

Delivery and development of your photos usually takes about seven days.

What are the alternatives to photo prints on photographic paper? 

For your photos, WhiteWall also offers fine art prints on Hahnemühle and Canson.

Can I order a hard proof of a photo print? 

At WhiteWall, before ordering a larger format or a mounting, you have the option to order your motif as a proof print with a neutral watermark. This test print can be offered to you at a discounted price. You can find the option for this in the configurator in the right bar at the very bottom under "Order as proof print". If you select this, you will see the watermark accordingly in the preview.

What sizes and formats are available? 

We offer both standard and customized formats, printed to the exact cm to respect the original format of your photo. Depending on your design, select a square format, 2:3, 3:4, DIN, panorama, etc. When printing your photo, your minimum size option is 3.5 x 3.5 in. (9 x 9 cm) your maximum size option is 94.5 x 48 in. (240 x 122 cm). The maximum differs based on the type of paper selected. This is reflected in the configurator.

Which paper should I choose for my photo prints online?

For designs that are rich in detail, we highly recommended that you opt for ultraHD photo print. The other paper from brands such as Fuji offer a particular finish depending on styles or preferences.
