FAQ

Do I have to send my image file to WhiteWall in advance?

No, but please have your photo ready at the agreed appointment. You can share the file with us during the interview.

Can I complete the order directly during the consultation session?

The purchase can either be made directly with your advisor or the shopping basket will be prepared for you so that you can finalise and place the order later.

Do I need to install a programme beforehand in order to receive online counselling?

You do not need to install any programmes. You will receive a browser link from us in advance by email - we recommend the browser Chrome here.
