Who is the WhiteWall App for Shopify suitable for?
The WhiteWall App for Shopify is ideal for anyone looking to sell their photographs, digital artwork, or images in gallery-quality – with ease and automation.
Can I also sell photos via Shopify if I use another website platform?
Yes, with the Shopify "Buy Button" you can sell your photos or images directly on an external website or blog without having to create a full Shopify website. This button allows your customers to select products on your platform and securely complete the purchase. The "Buy Button" can be integrated on any website that supports HTML, making it ideal for artists and photographers who use their own platforms. With the "Buy Button", you can use the low-cost tariff which is specially designed for such use cases.
Which WhiteWall products can I offer?
The entire WhiteWall catalog, with the exception of fixed size products (such as the acrylic block), is available for choosing. Every product specification – such as the configuration of images, format, material, and framing – is available for your choosing. We are working on making fixed size products available soon.
What is my margin on the sale?
Only you decide on your margin. The final customer price for each motif can be easily set in the WhiteWall App for Shopify.
How does the payment process work?
The payment process is automated via Shopify. As soon as your customer buys a picture, payment is made directly to you. You simply then release the order in Shopify. With the first order, you will receive an email with a pay-by link for payment. All further orders are then processed automatically using your stored payment details.
Is WhiteWall recognizable as a premium producer and sender?
Yes, there is already a reference to WhiteWall as a premium producer & shipper in the shopping cart on your Shopify website. In addition, after the final inspection, each work is provided with our quality seal on the back.
Can I sell my photos worldwide?
Yes, we deliver our product portfolio to over 50 countries worldwide. You can find a complete list of countries here. Please note that the number of countries or markets served may vary depending on your chosen Shopify subscription. Therefore, please check the restrictions of your subscription.
